#9 - Auby Chase Brown - Twin Towers

The Twin Towers were very iconic buildings for a number of reasons. The represented America as the center of trade for the world. It showed our engineering ability to build the tallest towers in the world (at the time). Unfortunately, I was never able to visit them in person, but I always marveled at their breathtaking size and their purpose. Looking at the interior, I am only more amazed by the person who conceived such a well put together building. Though their exteriors look bland to some eyes, they represent everything that occurs inside. They're straightforward and to the point. They're efficient and get the job done. They are very open with their wants and desires. I like that they had nothing to hide, and stood tall among other buildings, shouting "We are of more importance."
It's a shame they are gone.
