Zac Hardina #9

Pictured above is the Oriental Radio Tower located in Shanghai. The tower is mainly used for signal broadcasting with over 30 channels on different wavelengths, while also being a tourist attraction with many observation decks and two restaurants. The tower is 1535 feet tall, with the top observation floor is at a height of 1148 feet. Construction was started in 1990 and completed in 1994. The building's architect was the Shanghai Modern Architectural Design Co. The building has a total of 6 observation floors and two restaurants. The restaurant, located in the lower glove, rotates slowly around the tower at a rate of once every few hours. Even in a city as modern as Shanghai the Oriental Radio Tower has a unique architectural style that attracts significant tourism. At night the tower lights up giving it a very spacey look.
