Post 6. Justin Walton. In-Shape Bakersfield

In-Shape is a fitness center/gym in the "meathead capitol of California," Bakersfield, CA. Following my high school graduation in May of 2012, I traveled to California to spend some time with my father. While he was at work I dedicated a lot of my time to working out and getting into shape. After a couple of weeks going twice-a-day, I met, Derek Tablit. He and is family are now really good friends and I would consider them family. Aside from meeting him and his 5 other brothers at In-Shape, we were a bunch of gym rats and I have a ton of good memories about the time I spent there.
