This is the St. Louis Arch. I was born in St. Louis and lived there for 7 years before moving to Dallas, Tx. One of my favorite memories of living there was when my parents took me there to see it and go up in it. As a kid, I remember it being really scary but one of the coolest views. There is also a McDonalds floating on the Mississippi river right below it that I remember thinking was the coolest place to eat lunch.
