Yan Tan #6

This is the Hall of Supreme Harmony in the Forbidden City in Beijing, China. The structure is quite different than Western concepts since this building was built during ancient times. The structure is mainly made of wood, but the roofs are entirely composed of clay tiles. The stairs leading up are made of marble or granite. This building had been the headquarters of many emperors. The whole structure is very well kept and many artifacts are still preserved in its original spots inside the buildings.
