Stratosphere - Nicholas Von Busch - Blog 7

This tall building known as the Stratosphere is located in Las Vegas, NV. It was opened in April of 1996. The architect for the project was Ned Baldwin. With my family being military, one of the places we got stationed was in Las Vegas. Countless times we would go down to the strip and eat at the various buffets in the casinos on the strip. And for a long time, the Stratosphere had one of the best buffets in Las Vegas. Taking the elevator to the top was such a trip your ears always popped from the pressure change. When you finally go to the top though, you could look out the giant glass windows and see straight to the bottom. This is definitely one of the cooler buildings to visit in Las Vegas.
