For me, the Biz represents all bad times. Despite it's impressive Gothic design and incredibly detailed design features, I can't get over the feeling it gives me. Anytime I have need of going into this building, it means that hours of studying are in store for me. Now I might be in the minority here but I'm not overly fond of studying. Therefore, the Biz just signifies that a bad time is imminent. The building was built in 1929 and is registered as an US National Historic Landmark.
