Denver International Airport (DIA) is a very interesting piece of architecture that I have been too. The architect for the main passenger drop off and pick up location is Santiago Calatrava. The most notable part of this building is the Teflon-coated fiberglass roof, meant to resemble the rocky mountains that are not to far away. The structure may not look to large at first glace, but once you enter it seems to grow in size. This material is also very light, but very strong as well to be able to bare the harsh winters the the airport sees in the winter.
