Maybe it is
because I am so used to our small and humble Will Rogers Airport, but
this airport is HUGE! The entire structure of the airport is cylindrical
in shape and, aside for the flat floor, the inside of the building
maintains that curved shape all the way up to the ceiling. Even all of
the windows are curved glass. It is amazing to walk through. Everything
is kept very well lit within the building and everything appears an
elegant white. The fact that it is well lit also makes the building look
amazing from the outside during the night. This airport does a great
job at giving a first impression of Thailand to people who are traveling
there for the first time.
