This is the Church of the Visitation located in Westphalia, TX. It's construction was finished in 1895 and until recently was the largest wooden structure west of the Mississippi River. Westphalia is where my great-great-grandfather Franz Anton Aloysius Jansing settled after immigrating from Germany. He was a one of the churches founding members. I had the opportunity to attend a mass in this church and it was an awesome experience.
