Tag is one of the bars I led the opening of in Las Vegas. It's a bar with cognitive dissonance. The acronym TAG stands for total automated gaming, which means that it has a bunch of digital games in it (and is pretty standard stuff for the Strip). The real draw to the bar, in my opinion, is that fact that it has the best beer list in Las Vegas (this is true even if I was the one who determined the list).
At the time that I was working on this bar I was living in a hotel right next door, so would go down in the middle of the night to walk around the empty cement space and try to imagine what it would actually look like once it was finished with guests in the chairs and bartenders serving drinks.
