The image above is of the Denver Children's hospital. When I was younger, I was very ill and had to stay here for nearly a year. I remember that the architecture and design was kind of mesmerizing as a child. There was lots of natural light throughout the building (which I'm always a fan of). The interior of the building was also very colorful. The overall atmosphere of the building felt very fun and did a good job of keeping your mind off of any illnesses that could be effecting your mood. According to Architecture Magazine, the architect for the building is
Zimmer Gunsul Frasca Architects and H+L architecture .
