Last weekend, I was lucky enough to attend the Oklahoma
Sooner and Texas Longhorns football game in Dallas at the Cotton Bowl. While
there, I enjoyed the football the great red river rivalry football game that
took place on the historic field. The Texas state fair is located outside the
stadium and the people have to walk through it to get into the game. The
stadium was opened in the 1930s and has undergone many upgrades and
renovations. The stadium is bowl shaped with video board, scoreboard, and nice
playing surface. The atmosphere and old architecture brings history to the
stadium and makes it feel different than many other places.
