For this week, I decided to blog about Hearst Castle in California. My family traveled to California a few years ago for a summer vacation and we just happened to stumble across this immaculate mansion. The architecture of the castle makes it hard to believe that you are even in California. I was especially fascinated by the architecture of one of the pool areas on the grounds. As you can see in the last photograph, the architecture around the pool area resembles the architecture from ancient Greece. This was by far one of my favorite places on my trip to California.
