The Twin Towers have a lot of meaning to so many people. To me, the buildings were iconic to New York, and now to the United States as a whole. When I visited, the buildings were being reconstructed and I was fascinated at how the architects were planning on making the buildings taller and better than before. It turned out they only made 1 World Trade Center but it is the 4th tallest building in the western hemisphere. This new building is in the same location as the old northern Twin Tower. It is taller than the Empire State building and has 104 floors.
