The space needle in Seattle has a futurist architecture style. It was built for the futuristic world's fair in Seattle and the architect John Garaham wanted to have a flying saucer. I've always seen this in the movies before coming to the US. I did not get the chance to visit Seattle till after 3 years of being in the US. I was very excited to see the space needle, a landmark of Seattle. All I can think of when I saw it of how cool it was. It made me think of the possibility of aliens and it was fun. There is a lawn of grass close to it and I remember laying there for few hours in the shade of the space needle.
