#7 - Jordan Gugenheim - Chrysler Building

The Chrysler building in New York City remains very symbolic to the rest of the country. Built in 1930, this was the first building in New York to surpass the one-thousand foot threshold. I think of this building as a mark in history that will be honored forever. Its design was far ahead of its time, in positive aspects. Personally, the building brings feelings of inspiration and excitement. To think that something like this could be built almost a century ago is very difficult to grasp.
