#2 - Brady Davis - AT&T Stadium

This is AT&T Stadium, formerly known as Dallas Cowboys Stadium and often referred to as “Jerry World.” This massive spaceship of a building is (obviously) home to the NFL’s Dallas Cowboys, but is often used for concerts and other sporting events. It was completed in 2009 and has a capacity between 80,000 and 105,000 for football games but can hold more for other events. The building also features a retractable roof, as well as several of the largest TV screens ever out into a stadium. This building has affected and will continue to affect me both positively and negatively, depending on who the Dallas Cowboys play that week; however, one can admire the architecture regardless of win or loss. I have never been to a game at the stadium, but when I toured, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of pride for the success that the Cowboys have had.
